Password issueHello,
A recent server issue may have caused a password problem with a number of newer PHS employee accounts. If you hear of anyone not being able to get into their email account or the logs, please pass along these instructions:
Open up your personal email (e.g. phsperson@yahoo.com) and search for your original PHS Welcome email, the subject line will read “ Welcome to your PHS.CA email "
Follow the instructions on resetting the password again using the same temporary password that was provided and you should be good to go.
Contact tech@phs.ca from your personal email address if you continue to have problems accessing your phs.ca account.
